Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sukulu account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible — here are the two ways to do it.

1Delete it yourself (fastest)

Sign in at sukulu.app.
Open your Dashboard → Settings.
Choose Delete account, then retype your account email to confirm.

Your account and data are erased immediately, permanently, and cannot be recovered.

2Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account:

Ossotan.consulting@gmail.com — subject Delete my Sukulu account.

We verify ownership of the email and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Your profile and login (your account is fully removed from our authentication system).
Your spaces and sites and all their content — pages, courses and lessons, community posts and messages, and uploaded photos and media.
Your memberships, enrollments, and progress records.
Other personal data tied to your account (leads, bookings, and activity logs).

What may be retained

We keep only the limited records the law requires — for example, transaction and tax records held by our payment processor (Stripe) for accounting and legal compliance. These are retained only for as long as legally required, then deleted. We do not store your full payment-card details; those are handled directly by Stripe.
